Can I just order frames with no prescription in them?

Yes! Just tick "frame only" or "fashion use" in the lens options area of the web page.

Please note if you select "frame only" option, you will receive brand dummy lenses. If you select "fashion use" then you will receive non-prescriptive lenses.

  1. If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by selecting the category links: eg. DESIGNER GLASSES, SUNGLASSES, PRESCRIPTION SUNGLASSES. You can also shop our latest product through the NEW IN category link, or our seasonal COLLECTIONS link, TRENDS link and BESTSELLING link at the top of the site. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter an item number in the search box on the homepage.
  2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your colour, size, lenses information and if you need prescription lenses then add in your prescription information. Once you have done this then click on the 'ADD TO YOUR BAG' button. You can then review your item and check all details are correct then click on the 'CHECKOUT’ button.
  3. You will be then asked to register if you haven’t already or input your existing account details.
  4. You will see your order on screen, if you need to add additional information then do so otherwise “PROCEED TO RBS WORLDPAY’ to make your payment.
  5. An email will be sent to you with your order confirmation.

How long will my order take?

Usually seven to ten working days excluding dispatch. If any items are out of stock, you will be notified via email or telephone of an approximate delivery date.

How secure is your website?

As safe as it possibly can be.We use RBS Worldpay for online transactions being made to us. This is one the most advanced security software currently for payments.

I need a VAT receipt, how do I get one?

Why has my card been declined?

Your bank will be able to let you know why your card has been declined.

Can I find out if you will be getting replacement stock on items that have sold out?

Some of the items on our website do sell out quickly. In some instances we are able to provide you with an estimated date/month when a product might come back in stock but at times we are unable to tell you if we will be getting more of a particular item as our suppliers may not have that information.

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

What can I do if it is too late to cancel my order?

Simply return your unwanted item for by post along with a covering note and order number. We will try our best to refund your money back as soon as possible.

What is your exchange rate for overseas orders?

We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.

You confirmed my order but I have now received an email saying one of the items is discontinued, why is this?

Unfortunately, although our systems showed available stock when you place your order, when our department confirmed the order with our suppliers they found that the item was no longer available.

Although this does not happen often, when it does we give you the option of choosing an alternative product or to cancel the item.

Unfortunately, although our systems showed available stock when you placed your order, when our department confirmed the order with our suppliers they found that there was no stock available as it has gone back into production.

Although this does not happen often, when it does we give you the option of waiting for item to come back into stock, offer you an alternative product or we have to cancel the item.

If cancelled we would refund your order as soon as possible.
