Can I change the delivery address for my order?

Yes, we are able to change the delivery address on any orders as long as it is to a family member or work address; please contact us via email to request any changes: info@eyewearbrands.com

Can I check for myself how my order is progressing?

Yes, you can check exactly how your order is progressing through our system by simply logging in to your account.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

If you are in when we deliver, our driver will ask you to sign for your delivery.

If we attempt to deliver whilst you are out our couriers will either leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location at your property or they will leave a card to say that they attempted to make a delivery. Please follow the instructions on the card.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we do.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to UK or International PO Box addresses at this time.

Do you deliver to the Channel Islands?

Yes, we do.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

We aim to get your order right every time however if a mistake is made please notify us on 01644 30 2020 or email at info@eyewearbrands.com. We will inform with the procedure.

What are the delivery charges?

For UK delivery the charge is ‘free’. International delivery charge is also free for a promotional period.

What do I do if there is a problem with my delivery?

What happens if you deliver whilst I am out?

If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a ‘while you were out’ card. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Which couriers do you use for your deliveries?

For UK deliveries we use UPS tracked courier delivery, and for our International deliveries we use UPS or another international tracked courier service.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
